Measuring FAQs

Please refer to the official Measuring Guide before ordering. Accurate measurements are essential to ensure a proper fit. Incorrect measurements may result in installation issues.
No deductions are required. Provide the exact width and height measurements of your window opening. Necessary production adjustments will be applied to ensure a precise fit.
Measure as precisely as possible. If rounding is necessary, round down to the nearest 1/16 inch.
Contact customer support immediately. If production has not started, updates to measurements may still be possible.

Installation FAQs

ShadeCort is designed for fast and straightforward installation. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the official Installation Guide to ensure secure and accurate setup.
No additional tools are required. ShadeCort includes all necessary components and installation hardware for a complete setup.
ShadeCort may not be suitable for windows that are out of square by more than 1.5 inches in width or height and requires at least 1.18 inches of unobstructed recess depth. For drywall installations without structural backing, drywall anchors should be used for additional support.
ShadeCort can be installed on wood, drywall, plaster, and brick surfaces. With the included sealing components, standard installations do not require traditional screws or wall anchors.
Most ShadeCort units can be installed by one person. For larger sizes, a second person may assist with alignment to ensure accurate positioning.

Production typically requires 1–3 weeks before shipment. Once manufacturing is complete, your ShadeCort order will be dispatched promptly.
Shipping within the United States generally takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.
ShadeCort ships worldwide. International shipping times and delivery conditions may vary by destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information. If you believe your order should have shipped but have not received confirmation, please contact customer support with your order number for assistance.
After shipment, a tracking number is provided via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot locate the tracking information, contact customer support and provide your order number for assistance.

Warranty & Returns FAQs

Return Policy

At ShadeCort, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. Please review the details below to understand our return process:

Damaged or Missing Parts

If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will produce and ship a replacement product or send the missing parts within 10 working days, free of charge.

30-Day Return Policy

If you wish to return your product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. Please note the following:

• We offer free returns within the 30-day period.
• To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@shadecort.com. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

ShadeCort is covered by a two-year warranty from the original date of purchase. ShadeCort warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. This warranty applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing errors and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, alterations, or any use unintended by the manufacturer.

If your ShadeCort is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the two-year warranty period, ShadeCort will, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective product or repair the defective parts free of charge. This warranty does not cover any damages caused by external factors such as heat, solvents, or physical impact.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of ShadeCort in connection with the sale or use of this product.

ShadeCort is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. To claim your warranty, please contact us at support@shadecort.com.
