Our Shipping & Delivery Process
At ShadeCort, we’re committed to making sure every order reaches you smoothly and on time. Below is an overview of how our shipping process works:
Order Preparation (Custom Fabrication)
Since each ShadeCort blind is custom-made to your specific measurements, production generally requires 1–2 weeks before the order is ready to leave our facility. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with a tracking link.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location. After dispatch, most deliveries arrive within the following windows:

Note: Orders are shipped from our specialized warehouses in the USA, Europe, or East Asia based on your location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Free Shipping
ShadeCort provides free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Duties & Customs
Any import duties or taxes are fully covered by ShadeCort. You won’t encounter additional fees upon delivery; we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as our blackout solutions.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is on the way, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number so you can follow the shipment in real time. If you haven’t received this email and believe your order should have shipped, please contact us at info@shadecort.com with your order number.
Address Limitations
Please note that we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
